Returns & Exchanges
COVID-19 Special Return Policy
Due to Coronavirus, we will have the following special return policy.
- All returns will be processed on or after the 24th of April.
- Return requests allowed date will be changed from 14 days to 45 days from the delivery date.
- Return requests made within 14 days of the delivered date qualify for a full refund.
- Returns made after 14 days will be refunded with store credit.
- Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, completely free of make-up stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- Refund will be processed once the item has been shipped by you and received in our facility.
- Merchandises with makeup markings or stains will have a 20% cleaning fee deducted from the refund.
- Due to the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
How to Return Items
- Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) us with your order# and item you like to return with reason.
- ModWhite offers free shipping on most orders so we do not cover return shipping.
- If (and only if) it is a defective merchandise, we will send you a return shipping label.
Orders for Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale items include purchases made by store credit.
When your package arrives at ModWhite, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ModWhite.
